I enter a review for any film I've seen that lacks one, this is it... 'Children's Film Foundation - Kid gets accidental bang on head, allows him to make random correct predictions, along with a couple of friends & a newspaper man, they go after a criminal gang and buried loot. It's an ok hour.' I saw it 3 weeks ago it was shown on UK satellite channel London Live, I waited hoping someone who liked it more than me, would post a review, as my rating is well below the current average.

Boy gets hit on the head by a bundle of newspapers and acquires the ability to forsee events.This leads into an uninspiring plot to do with a crooked property developer.More of interest are the locations.These include Wapping before it's redevelopment and Battersea fun fair
