Stunned by her kiss, Tony asks Tricia if she has lost her mind. He insists to forget this ever happened. Back at home, Tony tells Megan that he loves her more than she will ever know. Ryan is deeply worried about Tricia. Nina finally joins Chris and Paul but can't find Tomas. Nick and Sharon take Victoria home who is terribly shaken by the fan letter. Nick informs Paul that Warton was the coffeehouse earlier. Tomas also shows up late at the Colonnade Room because he had car trouble. He and Nina spend the rest of the evening together. The party at Rianna's is in full swing, only Billy seems preoccupied. He calls Kay's house but hangs up when Raul answers. Eventually, Billy and Brittany fall asleep on the couch. Jill rubs it into Mackenzie that the difference between Raul and Billy is class and that their friendship is never going to last.

John is not too impressed when Billy awakes in the New Year with a hangover. A beaming Ashley returns home. She tells John how she ran into Diane but still had a great trip. Brad and Nikki enjoy their time in Italy. When Nikki calls home, she learns that Victor returned for Christmas after all. Nick tells Paul about his suspicions about Warton while Sharon and Victoria have a heart-to-heart. Victoria is worried of even leaving the house. Brittany is anxious about Raul's relationship with Mac. Brock gives his approval of Raul, but questions Mackenzie about what's going on between her and Billy. Billy and Raul put aside their differences. Jill and Ashley discuss why Victoria isn't in the "Brash & Sassy" ads anymore. As Ashley expresses concern, Jill accuses her of still harboring feelings for Victor. Ashley denies this and then tries to track down Brad...

Paul and Nick talk to Warton's parole officer. Leo Sylvestri informs them that the ex-con has become a model citizen after his release. Michael is disappointed when Diane turns down his advances and continues to blab about Victor. Victoria tells Sharon that she is convinced that Nikki ran away with Brad. Then, Victor calls asking about Nikki without revealing his own whereabouts. In Venice, Brad is surprised that Nikki wants to head home suddenly. Neil and Malcolm's brotherly relationship is back on track. Olivia is sorry to hear that Ashley and Cole are divorcing. Later, Dr. Walker informs Olivia that she has taken a step back and that her condition is now borderline. Paul confronts Larry Warton.

Michael informs Callie of a way to divorce Trey: they need to file and publish her divorce petition in the newspaper and if Trey does not react, they can continue with the divorce proceeding without Trey's consent. Reese urges Olivia to remain optimistic about her medical condition. Then, Malcolm arrives at the hospital. He tells Olivia about his engagement with Callie but maintains that they will always share a bond because of Nate. An elated Callie later tells Malcolm that she is ready to set a date. After talking with Christine, Nina has another work date with Tomas. Christine flies out to New Mexico to do legal work for Victor. Ramona discusses with Elena whether to confess her true feelings to Victor. Later, Ramona receives a surprise visit - from Jack! Sharon and Nick tell Victoria their suspicion that Warton is her stalker. Even after his talk with Warton Paul is not convinced that he is the culprit. Meanwhile, Larry pulls out a magazine ad with a picture of Victoria from his locker...

Tony tells Sharon about Tricia kissing him at the Colonnade Room. He decides to take a bold step and later asks Megan to marry him! Ryan informs Tricia that he knows that she is evading her doctor. He wants her to see a therapist, but she refuses. Tomas and Nina's rendezvous is interrupted by a frustrated Ryan who wants to discuss Tricia's behavior. Jack wants Ramona to see Victor's true colors but she has a hard time believing anything bad about Victor. Chris meets Victor in Albuquerque and realizes that her legal work is related to Ramona. Jill invites Billy over for dinner. He sees this as an opportunity to see Mac. Mackenzie however gives Billy a hard time for treating Raul poorly. Malcolm wants to discuss wedding plans with Callie, but asks him to slow down.

Jack assumes that Victor and Ramona are lovers. Ramona is insulted and asks him to leave. Meanwhile, Victor explains to Christine that he wants to repay Ramona for her kindness. Callie continues to dance her way around Malcolm's proposal. After being given the riot act by Mackenzie Billy is no longer in the mood for dinner. Jill blames Mac for sabotaging her mother-son-time. Tomas leaves so Nina can talk to Ryan alone. Nina is convinced that Tricia needs to see a therapist. Tricia is desperate to get Megan away from Tony and wants to lure Megan on a trip to London to see their father. Megan finally manages to hassle Tricia out, when Tony surprises Megan with an engagement ring. Victor tells Ramona that he has secured her land and he believes she can now get on with her career in New Mexico. Ramona realizes this is Victor's way of saying goodbye.

Paul and Christine share a romantic evening. Jack explains to Ashley what happened in New Mexico and that another woman is pining for Victor. Ramona cooks Victor a farewell dinner. He admits he has feelings for her, but he loves Nikki and doesn't want to risk a breakup. Ramona asks Victor if he is sure Nikki is playing fair with him. On their flight back home, Brad asks Nikki to leave the ranch and move in with him. Tricia admits to Nina that she might be losing it. Nina begs her to get help. Megan accepts Tony's marriage proposal. They decide to tie the knot tomorrow. Megan wants to invite Tricia, but Tony thinks it's better not to. Brock asks Mac about her true feelings toward Billy since she is overreacting to a comment that he made. At the coffeehouse, Billy asks J.T. for some liquor so he can spike his drink. When Billy accuses Raul of choosing Mac over their friendship, Brittany takes notice of her boyfriend's preoccupation with Mac.

Jack questions Ashley about the man she met on her trip but she maintains it was just a one time thing. Cassie asks Nick and Sharon why her grandparents are gone for such a long time. Miguel is surprised when Nikki returns to the ranch - with Brad. Brad is disappointed though when Nikki is not ready yet to move in with him. After dinner, Ramona is grinding tealeaves and perhaps a little something else to make tea for Victor and her. Brock confides in Katherine that he still has a hard time getting used to being a dad. Jill's arrival puts an end to a friendly chat between John and Gina. Jill tells John of her plans to look into Mackenzie's background. Billy, Brittany, JT and Rianna are having drinks at the Abbott house. Later, Billy and Brittany start making out. They are interrupted by John who berates Billy for drinking again. Mackenzie informs Raul about her run-in with Billy. Victor is having a nightmare. As Ramona looks after him, he suddenly pulls her and they kiss passionately...

Katherine pays Nikki a visit and questions her relationship with Brad. Nikki defends herself, telling Kay that Victor left long before she did. Then, Brad arrives to take Nikki home with him. Victor feels as if he took advantage of Ramona, but she assures him that she has no regrets. As he leaves to go home to straighten things out with Nikki, Ramona tells him she will never forget him. Ryan finally talks Tricia into seeing a therapist but has to back out due to business meeting. Victoria informs her troops that "Brash & Sassy" sales are falling behind Jabot. She feels safe now that she has a bodyguard and wants to go back to the old ad campaign. Warton is questioned by his parole officer about the fan letters. Nina helps Megan buy a wedding dress who feels bad about not telling Tricia. Tony asks Sharon to stand up for him.

Tony asks Cassie to be his flower girl. Realizing he left the wedding bands at Megan's house, Tony tells Sharon and Cassie that he will meet them at the Justice of The Peace. Despite Nina's advice Megan leaves Tricia a message about the wedding. Tricia hurries to the Dennison home to stop her sister, but Megan has already left. While speeding out of the driveway, she hits a motorcycle. She is horrified to discover Tony's lifeless body laying on the ground! Warton causes concern with his parole officer when he says that the Newmans deserve what's happening to them. He swears that he is not the stalker, though. Victoria convinces Nick, Ryan and Neil to make her spokesperson again. Gary suggests running less provocative ads. Katherine still pledges with Nikki to give Victor another chance. Nikki agrees with Brad and wants to move out as soon as she has packed her bags. Back in New Mexico, a distraught Ramona confesses to Elena that she had slept with Victor and that she doesn't know how she'll ever get over him. While Nikki is preparing to leave, Victor returns to the ranch...

Victor is surprised to find Nikki with packed bags in the living room and a not to pleased look on her face. He tries to explain why he went to New Mexico, but Nikki is tired of listening to him and thinks this is a waste of time. Brad gives his letter of resignation to Victoria to have a clear playing field to fight Victor for Nikki. Malcolm tells Nate that he and Callie are engaged to be married. Ashley warns Brad that a future with Nikki might not be certain. Tricia is in shock and crying uncontrollably over hitting Tony with her car. Ryan arrives to the scene and calls the paramedics. Megan is waiting for Tony at the Justice of the Peace. Then, she learns that Tony was rushed to the hospital and is in a critical condition.

Paul turns down Jill who wants him to investigate Mac and to locate her real mother. Christine confides in Paul that her legal aid work no longer fulfills her. Brock asks Jill to accept his daughter. Cassie tells Victoria that she is worried about Tony. At Genoa City Memorial Hospital Megan clings to Tricia for support. She assumes that Tony's bike skid on the wet road...Alone with Ryan and Tricia, Olivia admits that she is very concerned about Tony's condition. Tony learns from Sharon that things don't look good for him, so he asks her a favor. Nick overhears Tricia being questioned by the police. Megan is stunned when a priest joins her and Tony in his hospital room... Katherine tells Brad that he is deluding himself that Nikki will choose him over Victor. Victor's arrival makes Nikki question her decision to leave. She decides to stay at the ranch or now.

Tony and Megan are married by the hospital chaplain. Christine reassures Paul that despite her urge to change her professional life she's still very content with their marriage. Brock is telling Katherine that he wants Jill to get along with Mac. Jill decides to take matters in her own hands and books a flight to St. Louis, Mac's hometown! Jack says to Brad that he couldn't be happier that he got canned from Newman Enterprises. Brad bursts his bubble by telling him that he quit. Meanwhile Victoria urges Nikki to straighten things out with Victor. Nikki calls Brad and tells him she won't leave the ranch anytime soon. Victor decides to stay in town for the night. Tricia begs Tony to believe her that she did not hit him on purpose. Later, Tony and Megan profess their love for each other when he goes into cardiac arrest. Tony dies...

Still in shock over Tony's passing the previous day, Nick and Sharon break the news to a heartbroken Cassie. Sharon is convinced that Tricia killed Tony on purpose. Ryan is surprised by Tricia's calm and rational behavior in the wake of Tony's death. Unaware of her sister's involvement in the accident, Megan seeks solace in Tricia as they clean out Tony's apartment. Nina tells Ryan that Tricia needs serious psychiatric counseling, the sooner the better. John and Billy continue to argue. John confides his concerns about Billy to Ashley who thinks it's normal teenager behavior. John pays Katherine a visit who just had an argument with Mac. They begin to wonder if Mac and Billy's problems are one and the same. Brittany invites Billy to join her family on a vacation to Aspen. Later, Brittany asks Mac if she knows of any past girlfriends of Billy's as she thinks of bringing their relationship to the next level. Malcolm informs Callie that he has set their wedding date for July 20. A concerned Callie gets reassured by Michael that her divorce from Trey should be finalized by then. Meanwhile in Detroit, Trey's friend Sam is reading the ad in the legal section of his paper!

John tells a worried Katherine about Billy's drinking and she reminds him he would not be Jill's first son to battle alcohol as Phillip III died in a drunk driving accident. Mackenzie reacts abrasive upon Brittany's musing of having sex with Billy. Callie advises Mac that there is life after high school as it took her and Malcolm decades to get together. Back in Detroit, Sam decides not to tell Trey about Callie's ad. At Walnut Grove, JT is miffed that Brittany is evading him. Raul and Billy also argue again. Nick and Victoria arrive for the new photo shoot at Malcolm's studio. Victoria is furious to learn that Ross has replaced Gary... Ashley pays Victor a visit on his first day back at work. After she leaves, Ryan informs Victor that Brad has resigned. Shocked by the news, Victor realizes that Brad left town the same time as Nikki. Meanwhile, Nikki confides in Sharon that she is torn whether to save or drop her marriage. Michael gets angry when Diane tells him she has set her sights on Victor again.

Ashley and Jack wonder why Brad willingly quit Newman Enterprises. Brad tells Diane that his future with Nikki is uncertain again Victor arrives at the ranch to confront Nikki about her New Year's getaway. Nikki does not hold back though and brings up Ramona. Victoria reminds Ross that she is the client and that she wants Gary working on the project. Begrudgingly Ross calls Gary who takes over supervising the photo shoot. Reese checks in on Olivia who confirms that she is taking the medication and feeling OK. Later, Neil and Olivia decide to attend Tony's funeral. Victoria receives a bouquet of flower but is terribly shaken when she spots the card... Warton shows up at Crimson Lights and tells Nick to stop throwing false accusations at him.

Brad tells Diane to get rid of Victor's sperm sample as the repercussions would be disastrous. Diane counters that it is not time to give up. Victor accuses Nikki of having an affair with Brad. She defends her actions by telling him that Brad offered her love and devotion. A furious Victor leaves a sobbing Nikki. Nick and Ross are at the coffeehouse ready to get into a fight with Warton when Gary calls Nick telling him to come to Victoria's office. She is extremely upset about the flowers. Warton is angry that Nick keeps hassling him. Seeking legal advice he ends up in Christine' legal aid office. Cassie tells Sharon and Doris that she has to say goodbye to Tony as he was her friend. Megan, Tricia and Ryan are at the funeral home preparing for Tony's burial. Nina mentions to Ryan that she is surprised how well Tricia is doing considering she was the one driving the car that hit Tony. Megan passes by and hears what Nina says...

Paul unsuccessfully questions the florist who had the bouquet delivered to Victoria. Victoria and Nicholas finally run into Victor who is looking for Brad. Meanwhile at the Jabot lab, Ashley reminds Brad that Victor and Nikki have through so many breakups but always end up together. Paul is shocked to find Larry Warton in Christine's office. Christine then informs Larry she cannot represent him. Diane tries to apologize to Michael but he is too bitter to let it be bygones. Later, Michael gets his first pro bono-client: Warton... Megan is shocked when Tricia confirms that she indeed hit Tony but believes her that it was a sorry accident. Tony's funeral service begins and his friends bid him their farewell. After the service, Sharon corners Tricia...

Sharon tells Tricia that she has a tough time believing that Tony's death was an accident in light of the stunts she pulled the past months. Nina overhears the argument and convinces Sharon that keeping the past in the past can sometimes be the best. Ashley manages to usher Brad out of the lab before Victor shows up. Confiding in his ex-wife about Nikki and her affair with Brad, Victor questions his marriage. At the same time, Jack learns from Gina that Brad has been making plans to get married. He then asks Brad if his woman of desire is Nikki. Paul explains to Christine that the stalker is very clever at covering his tracks. Michael's interest is piqued when he learns that Warton feels harassed by a Newman. Megan thanks Tricia for her support during the funeral. Michael informs Christine of his latest client. He asks Chris to have Nick keep his cool or this could turn ugly.

Victoria hides her fan issue from her father. Instead she badgers him to give her mother another chance. Nikki comes clean with Brad and tells him that she does love him, but that she isn't sure what or who she wants. Diane worries that her confiding into Brad and Michael about Victor's sperm could backfire. Just then, Victor calls and asks if he stay with her at the penthouse! John offers Gina help with her plans to remodel the restaurant. Mac and Raul try their best to ignore Billy and Brittany. Later, Billy is miffed when John is not too sold on Billy spending Winter Break in Aspen with Brittany and her parents. Brock and Katherine realize that they missed Mackenzie's birthday. They decide to throw Mac a belated "Sweet 16"-party. In St. Louis, Jill consults with Walter Brady, her private investigator. As he failed to even come up with a birth certificate of Mackenzie so far, he calls her mother Amanda Browning under a pretense. A concerned Neil learns that Olivia is having bone marrow tests performed. Later, Olivia gets a bloody nose.

John tells an angry Billy that he is going to consult Jill before giving his verdict on the ski trip with the Hodges. Sharon and Nick enjoy some quality time and talk about his parents. Meanwhile, Nikki explains to Brad that she needs more time to make a rational decision. Brad respects her wishes and leaves. Victoria is socked when she overhears that Victor plans on moving in with Diane. Marissa warns Diane not to get her hopes up. After a talk with Helena, Ramona calls Victor and it is evident that they both still share feelings for another. Victoria takes Gary out to lunch at Gina's. Brock wonders what went down the line between Mackenzie and Billy. Raul tries to get along with Billy but he smart-mouths him again. Jill and her PI still cannot find a birth certificate for Mac. Elsewhere in St. Louis, Amanda Browning realizes her caller did not work for the census bureau. She wonders if she should go finding her daughter.

Jack badgers Ashley for further details on the mystery man she met on her cruise. Victoria and Nikki assume that Victor knows about her affair with Brad. Nikki finds out from the lab that Victor's sperm was delivered to the Newman Towers penthouse. When Diane keeps talking about Victor again, Michael asks her how much money she willing to pay for his silence regarding Victor's sperm. Victor is furious that Nick hasn't sold the coffeehouse yet. He tells his son that he will have to reassess his decision to give Nick a seat on the Newman board. Billy is pleased when John and Jill decide to let him go to Aspen with Brittany and her family. At Crimson Lights, Billy learns through Cody of Mackenzie's birthday party. Billy asks Mac why he wasn't invited. She informs him that she planned the party around his absence. Malcolm and Callie discuss their wedding.

Katherine interrupts Neil's attempt to inform Victor about Victoria's fan issue. Kay reminds Victor that he is no saint, so he and Nikki should call it even. Nikki sneaks into the penthouse and finds the freezer with Victor's sperm. She eventually reveals herself to Diane, who is setting up a dinner for Victor. After the argument with Diane Nikki leaves with a huge smile on her face. Brad explains to Ashley that he has new hope where Nikki is concerned. Victoria isn't happy with the current photos promoting "Brash & Sassy". Malcolm and Gary set up a camera in the office to catch Victoria at work. Neil is very concerned about Victoria putting herself in the spotlight again. Billy accuses Mac of intentionally setting her birthday party at a day when he is out of town. Nick tells Sharon that he is going to stand up to his dad and they will keep the coffeehouse. Raul tells Mac that he believes that Billy is trying to make amends with them. After a conversation with Billy, Jack murmurs to himself that Billy has a bad crush on Mac.

Victoria covers when Victor asks her about the "Brash & Sassy" ad campaign as she is afraid he will take over her division if he finds out about the stalker. Later, Victoria thanks Gary for his great work. Brad offers Jack a business alliance. Ashley, Jill and John are far less opposed to this idea than Jack. Victor confides in Neil that he is acquiring companies that hold Jabot's debt. Tricia tells Ryan that Tony's death shocked her out of a terrible mental place. Ryan only hopes that he has his wife back now. Chris counsels Sharon not to jump to conclusions about Tricia's involvement in Tony's death. Olivia informs Malcolm that she probably has a form of anemia. When Neil enters he asks his brother to leave. He thinks Malcolm is a big reason that Olivia is sick. Tomas advises Nina on means to end her writer's block and suggests a trip. In her excitement over his idea, Nina spills her wine all over him.

Brad finally faces Victor who wants to know the reasons for his resignation. Victor thinks Brad has another agenda. Paul explains to his mother that Christine seems dissatisfied ever since she came back from Hawaii. Mary suggests that maybe she is craving to have a child. Later, Brad receives a copy of his employment contract and gets furious... Diane awaits Victor for dinner at the penthouse. Dr. Thompson assures Tricia and Ryan that it's okay for them to try and conceive. She tells Tricia that it's normal to have reservations about getting pregnant after a miscarriage. Callie sees how worried Malcolm is about Olivia and wonders if there is a bond there that can't be broken. Gina advises her to let go of the past. Trey is upset with Sam for not telling him about Callie's divorce notice in the paper. Sam vows not to let Trey see Callie again as she only hurt him. Christine finds a bathrobe clad Tomas at Nina's. Michael calls Chris because Warton is being tailed. He is sure that the Newmans are responsible.

Diane is disappointed that Victor's only interest is to buy back the penthouse now that he no longer lives at the ranch. Jack pays Nikki a visit to discuss her love life. She informs her ex-husband that she wants to be independent for once. Michael warns Christine to have Warton followed any longer. He says there is no link to Warton to being Victoria's stalker, just as Paul reaches another dead end in his investigation. Malcolm shows Victoria the proofs of the spontaneous shoot they did. She is very pleased with the outcome and also tells Gary this. Ross is green with envy about Gary and Victoria growing closer. Megan is having dreams about Tony and clings to Tricia for support. Later, Ryan and Tricia make out but she pulls back. Dr. Walker confirms to Malcolm that stress can contribute to immune system loss. Meanwhile Callie and Nate are waiting for Malcolm at his studio, when Sam shows up unexpectedly.

Mackenzie and Billy call a truce and decide to go their separate ways for Raul's sake. Victor and Diane decide to share the penthouse until Diane finds a new home. Malcolm tells Olivia he will always care about her. Victoria is furious with Paul and Christine for ending the supervision of Warton. Michael informs Larry of his agreement with Christine but also urges him to keep a low profile. Diane gushes to Marissa that she will use any means to win back Victor. Diane is shocked to find out that the stored sperm is missing... Victor confirms to Brad that his resignation was not in compliance with his contract, meaning Brad is still working for him. As Malcolm apologizes to Neil for snapping at him earlier, Reese gives Olivia the latest test result. Olivia rejects taking a leave of absence even though her health is taking another turn for the worse. Meanwhile, Callie ushers Nate out of the studio to speak to Sam alone. He admits to being the one who beat up Malcolm months ago. When Callie becomes angry and refuses his request to stop calling Trey, Sam goes after her and grabs her throat.

Shocked that her secret possession is gone, Diane confides in Marissa that Nikki might have stolen the sperm. Victor and Nikki have another brisk encounter as he packs his stuff at the ranch. Ashley receives a call from Christian, the beau she met on the cruise, who wants to stop by in Genoa City for a visit. Meanwhile Jack worries that Ashley has gotten too close to Brad again and he thinks it would be a grave mistake for her to get back together with him. Malcolm arrives at the studio and saves Callie from Sam's grip. Callie asks Malcolm not to call the police for now. Nate then tells his father that he overheard the man claiming that he beat Malcolm last year. Olivia tells Neil that she has aplastic anemia. Both Billy and Mackenzie are shaken after their talk. Brock tells Jill that he thinks Billy and Mackenzie's hostility towards each other is rooted in romantic feelings.

Worried about the stalker situation Victoria goes to Michael and offers Warton money if he were to leave town. Nick learns from Paul that the surveillance of Warton has been called off. Still shaken from the run-in with Sam, Nate tells Malcolm that he is afraid to be alone. Callie apologizes for putting the little boy in danger. Malcolm assures her that it's not her fault. Jill informs John that she overheard that Billy and Brittany would be mostly by themselves in Aspen. Billy is confronted by his parents who feel he cannot be trusted. Billy is furious that the trip is called off - and that he has Raul and Mackenzie to thank for. Meanwhile, Mac confides in Sharon about her feelings for Billy. Sharon suggests that Billy may be with Brittany as a reaction to Mac's relationship with Raul. Paul and Christine tease Nina about her budding relationship with Tomas. Olivia informs Malcolm that she will not allow Nate to be with him as long as Callie has not resolved her issues with the past. Later, Malcolm is shocked to find out Callie has packed her bags.

Billy tells a disappointed Brittany that he can't go away with her while Raul questions Mackenzie about her weird mood. Jill wonders if they did Billy wrong, but John thinks they made the right decision. Nick tries to find Victoria with Chris and Paul. Unbeknownst to them, Victoria has asked Gary as moral support to join her to confront Warton. Ashley receives another call from Christian which sparks Jack's curiosity. Billy accuses Mackenzie of telling Jill about his vacation plans because of jealousy. Mac lies and says she wants to be with Raul, not him. Billy is still furious and tells Mac to stay away from him for good. Olivia fills Neil in on the events of the previous night. She goes to see Michael and tells him she wants full custody of her son. At the same time, Malcolm continues to grill Callie about what's going on with her. Callie insists that leaving town is the only way to be free of Trey. Malcolm then phones Trey who calls Callie "his woman" before she disconnects the phone. A devastated Callie finally confesses the truth that she's married to Trey!

Nina and Tomas enjoy a romantic Valentine's Day road-trip. Victor's secretary Connie tells Sharon that this is the first year Mr. Newman has not sent Nikki flowers. Sharon gives Connie the go-ahead anyway. Ashley runs into Victor at Gina's and they talk about the recent events in his life. She encourages him to take the first step with Nikki. Nikki tells Katherine she feels imprisoned at the ranch and needs a new purpose for her life, now that she and Victor are separated. Then, flowers are delivered. Callie explains to Malcolm that she has been trapped by Trey for years, first with her music contract and now with their marriage. She tries to apologize for lying to him all this time. Olivia tells Neil that she plans on taking steps to ensure Malcolm and Callie will not put Nate in danger again. Victoria wants to pay Warton off and hands him an envelope. Nick is not pleased to learn of his sister's bold step. He worries that Warton might not be the stalker after all. Meanwhile Ross continues to be jealous of Gary's closeness to Victoria.

Victor turns down a business proposition from Nicholas while Nikki and Diane run into each other in Victor's office. Diane accuses Nikki of stealing the sperm sample, just as Nikki accuses Diane of taking advantage of her split from Victor. Victor's arrival puts an end to the heated argument. Nikki who is baffled why Victor would send her flowers and then continue to play nice with Diane of all people abruptly leaves. Over at Jabot, Jill, John and Jack hold a meeting regarding a possible expansion. Later, Jack shows up at the Lodge to spy on Ashley's date. Sharon encourages Nick not to give up with his father as Victor will eventually come around. Neil explains to Malcolm that Olivia is losing her patience with him and Callie. Michael informs Olivia that she will not get full custody of Nate unless there is a police report on the incident at the photo studio. Olivia heads over to Malcolm's apartment and confronts Callie.

Malcolm is shocked to hear Olivia throwing threats at Callie such as taking Nate away from him. Olivia explains that she is worried about her son's safety as they have not even filed a police report. Malcolm insists noting is more important to him than Nate. He and Olivia do not see eye to eye where Callie is concerned. Ashley spots Jack prying on her and Christian. Victor asks Victoria why she pulled herself from the ads for a while. She evades an answer and brings up his issues with Nicholas. Nick tells Sharon that he plans on expanding the coffee house to a chain. Diane informs a stunned Brad that Nikki stole Victor's sperm. Ross expresses is support to Victoria but later goes through her desk. After Ashley has rushed him out of the restaurant, Jack explains to John that Ashley and Christian are staying at the Lodge for the night. Callie wonders if she and Malcolm are over. Victor continues to be a difficult flatmate for Diane rejecting her advances.

Paul is stunned that Christine thinks Michael has changed for the better. Michael receives the offer to be in-house counsel at Desmond Industries with a staff of his choice. Nick informs Victoria of his latest run-in with Victor. In the midst of another quarrel Callie tells Olivia that she is leaving town and that there is no reason to keep Nate away from Malcolm. Still eager to convince Victoria that he can be trusted as much as Gary, Ross goes to see Warton. He antagonizes Warton as long until he punches him. Over breakfast Ashley confronts Jack for spying on her. She also tells him and John that she and Christian met on the cruise but have no future together. Sharon admits to Nikki that she okay-ed the Valentine's flowers. Upset initially, Nikki realizes that her daughter-in-law had the best intentions. Ross returns from his altercation with Warton and proudly tells Victoria that Warton should be back behind bars by the end of the day. Ashley goes back to Christian and thanks him for his help with her plan. Callie tries to explain herself to Malcolm but he feels too betrayed to forgive her.

Ashley thanks Christian for pretending to be her cruise fling - and for sleeping on the couch last night. Jill and Jack talk the Jabot expansion and risky business. Then: they kiss! Michael offers Christine to join him on his new legal team. She claims to be not interested but Michael is not convinced. Victoria is shocked to hear that Ross went to Warton despite her wishes. Ryan and a reluctant Tricia make love for the first time since her miscarriage. Afterwards, an elated Ryan goes to work and has a heart-to-heart with Neil while Tricia continues to use Megan as a means to evade private time with her husband. Paul learns of Victoria's attempt to bribe Warton. They go to the warehouse where the ex-con is being arrested for hitting Ross. As the police prepare to take him away, Ross points out that there is a letter in Warton's jacket. As it falls on the floor, a stunned Victoria recognizes the envelope as that of the stalkers!

Warton claims the letter is not his and he is being set up by the Newmans. At the police station, Ross tries his best to get Warton locked up. Nina warns Ryan not to get his hopes up too early as Tricia is facing serious mental issues. Meanwhile Tricia confides in Megan that she is having a hard time making love to Ryan. Megan thinks Tricia should seek psychological help which she rejects. John learns that Jack had himself tested for testicular cancer and scolds him for keeping such a big secret from him. Michael tries to talk Christine into joining him at work. He thinks she grew over working at Legal Aid and needs a new challenge. Ashley bids Christian goodbye with a kiss as Victor is lurking in the background. Sharon and Nick discuss the prospects of Crimson Lights expansion. Victor tells Ashley that he deeply cares for her.

Paul talks to Warton who maintains his innocence. Nick thinks Ross really came through for them. Nick and Victoria then inform Victor about the stalker situation who at first is furious for being kept in the dark but eventually is glad that the ordeal is over. John continues to be annoyed by Billy's pompous attitude and grounds him for Spring Break. Jill opposes John and tries to appease her son: she offers him to go to Mackenzie's party which he declines. Nina fills Christine in on her road trip with Tomas and the steamy kiss they shared. Christine tells Nina of Michael's offer but she can't imagine to ever work for Michael again. The Chancellors are busy making plans for Mackenzie's Sweet 16- party. Brittany stays in Genoa City after all. J.T. tells her and Billy about a party he's having at his neighbor's house. Olivia has Michael prepare papers to launch the custody suit against Malcolm. Olivia's health is very feeble again. In Italy, Drucilla is having some free time after very busy modeling weeks. She learns from her daughter Lily who talked to her cousin Nate on the phone of recent events in Genoa City. Dru decides to take a trip back home...

Neil continues to worry about Olivia's health. John Silva informs Malcolm that Olivia has taken steps to get sole custody of Nate. A shocked Malcolm ponders what Callie did to him when he gets a surprise visitor: Dru! Brock plays Esther a song on his guitar with which he wants to surprise his daughter. He also gives Mackenzie a beautiful vintage dress. Billy apologizes to Jill who is surprised that Billy wants to go to Mac's party after all. Reluctantly, John agrees - under the condition that Jill plays chaperon. Meanwhile, Brittany tells JT that the sweet 16 party is the only way for Billy to get out of the Abbott house - and to join JT's party. Paul and Lynne are both wondering whether Warton is really Victoria's stalker. Victor arrives and asks to be brought up to speed on the issue. Victoria is in a great mood and the "Brash & Sassy"-team decides to have another more provocative photo shoot soon. Nick and Sharon talk about their next coffee house project.

Victor urges Victoria to slow down getting back in the media spotlight after the stalker ordeal. Katherine tries to cheer up Nikki and makes her attend Mackenzie's party. Unbeknownst to Nikki, Kay has also invited Victor. While getting reacquainted with Malcolm, Dru learns that Callie left town after her split from Malcolm and that he is facing a custody battle with Olivia. Brad runs into Victoria at Gina's who tries to make her understand that he deeply cares for her mother. Dru goes to visit Olivia while Neil arrives at Malcolm's studio and shares a happy reunion with Lily. At the party, Billy lulls Jill into going home early. Mac realizes Billy only came to sneak off to JT's party. Jill faces John's fury for giving Billy a free pass for the rest of the night. At J.T.'s, Billy begins to drink heavily. Brittany becomes upset as she watches him flirt with other girls, even calling one Mac. Eventually, JT walks Billy out on the terrace as he feels sick. There, Billy passes out on the freezing cold ground.

Olivia and Dru continue their happy reunion. Dru tells her sister about her success in the modeling business but picks up that something is off with Olivia. She is shocked that Olivia thinks Malcolm cannot be trusted with Nate. Ashley learns of Jack's cancer scare and that he had his sperm deposited at Robertson Laboratories... John continues to worry about Billy. Nikki chastises Katherine for getting her hopes up where Victor is concerned. After some words of encouragement from Victoria Victor goes to Crimson Lights where he has a run-in with Sharon who confronts him for being so hard on Nicholas. Later, Victoria snaps at Sharon for letting Victor go before he could see Nikki. Meanwhile, Nikki runs into Brad at Gina's and they share a drink. Ashley takes a home pregnancy test. Raul heads over to JT's to find Billy. When he and Brittany find Billy, they fail to find his pulse. JT keeps a frantic Brittany from calling an ambulance. Then, Jill calls and shocked Brittany mumbles that Billy is dead!

Dru finds Neil at the apartment reading to the kids. The former spouses have a friendly chat as Dru wonders what is going on with her sister. Nikki admits to Brad that there might be some truth to the fact that she wants to be with him because Victor didn't show up at the party. Brad explains that he doesn't want a one-night stand; he wants to marry her. Victor joins Ashley for dinner at the Abbott house where talk about Nikki. When John and Jill arrive at J.T.'s party, they find Raul giving CPR to Billy. The paramedics finally arrive and take Billy to the hospital where Olivia is on duty. Jill is in hysterics as Billy is in full cardiac arrest. Raul informs Mac of Billy's condition. Victor asks Gina if she has seen Nikki this evening.

Jack runs into Victor at Gina's and throws his usual insults at his nemesis, hinting that Nikki spend the evening with Brad. At the ranch, Victoria informs Nikki that Victor did show up eventually at the party. Then, Brad arrives who is berated by Victoria for harassing her mother. Brad tells Nikki it's time to make a choice. Diane explains to Michael her living arrangements with Victor. Ashley calls Christian in Paris and gives him the news that she is pregnant, but that she can't tell anyone. Neil shuts down Dru's questions about Olivia. At the penthouse Diane offers Victor a neck rub and he accepts. Liking the way the evening is progressing, she goes to change into something more comfortable only to return to an empty room. Ashley and Jack learn of Billy's condition and head to Genoa City Memorial Hospital. After Jill unfairly lashes out at Raul for being responsible for what has happened, John tries to make Raul feel better. Distraught over the situation, Jill begins to blame herself for leaving Billy alone at the party. Meanwhile, the doctors manage to get Billy's heart beating again.

John and Jill have slept the night in Billy's room. Dr. Walker tells Jack and Ashley that Billy might suffer no permanent damage but it is also possible he night never wake up from his coma. Jill overhears this and gets panicked. Kay and Brock arrive at the hospital for moral support. Raul is surprised that Mackenzie does not want to see Billy. Helena has convinced Ramona to take another trip to Genoa City. They learn that Victor has moved into the penthouse. Diane tells Marissa of her progress with Victor. Michael explains to Gene Desmond that he needs more time to set up his legal team. Lynn walks in on Paul and Christine kissing. They then discuss Victoria's stalker and Paul explains that he is still not sure that Warton is the culprit. Meanwhile, Victoria lays off her bodyguard and has breakfast with Ross. Raul confronts a miserable looking Brittany at school for not calling help for Billy.

Ramona has a run-in with Diane as she tries to find Victor at the penthouse. Diane boasts that she and Victor were married at one time and our now living together. While Diane worries that Victor will be upset that she implied to Ramona that they were back together, Ramona heads over to Gina's to discuss matters with Helena. At Walnut Grove, Raul confronts JT for keeping Brittany from calling an ambulance which leads to a fist fight. Michael offers Christine to set up their own law firm instead of a mere legal team at Desmond Industries. She insists they becoming working partners will never happen. Paul questions Warton's fellow workers at the warehouse and then spots a surveillance camera. Raul and Mac find Brittany at the hospital telling Jill that she tried to keep Billy from drinking. Ramona runs into Jack once more. Jill tries to medicate herself at home with booze to calm down. While sleeping, she has dream about Phillip dying and then his face turns into Billy's...

Olivia explains Jack and Ashley that it is too early to give a definite diagnosis on Billy's state. After finding Jill screaming from a nightmare, a worried Mac calls John to look after his ex-wife. Diane is worried after her conversation with Ramona. She's determined not to end up empty-handed this time around with Victor: she has to find his sperm! Ramona tells Helena that she has to see Victor one last time to close that chapter of her life. Mac heads to the hospital to visit Billy. As she is verbally challenging him, he begins to squeeze her hand and his eyes flicker open. Ramona tells Victor that she realizes that they are from different worlds and it is time to part ways. She kisses his cheek and leaves. At the latest "Brash & Sassy"-photo shoot Ross is boasting with confidence which riles both Gary and Malcolm. Victoria apologizes to Gary for Ross' behavior. Chris continues to think about Michael's proposal. Paul and Lynne find the tape that shows Ross putting the letter in Warton's pocket.

Paul, Christine and Lynne wonder whether Ross simply set up Warton or if he is Victoria's stalker. They try to call Victoria at once but cannot reach her. Victoria agrees to join Ross for dinner at his apartment. Tomas puts an end to an argument of Nina and Ryan about Tricia. Tomas later asks Nina if she has feelings for Ryan as the ex-spouses are still very close. Tricia is shocked when Megan suggests seeing a psychologist to solve her marital problems. Ryan asks Megan if we would be ok with him and Tricia leaving for a couple retreat. Mac hugs Billy as he opens his eyes. She calls Jack and Ashley who are relived that their brother is back amongst the living. Dr. Walker does a quick test on Billy which looks promising. Jill and John arrive at the hospital and are overjoyed to see their son. Jack tells Ashley that he thinks it was no coincidence that Billy woke up while Mac was in the room. Mac informs Raul that Billy woke up.

Tricia overhears Ryan talking to Megan and quickly interrupts. Later, Megan tells Tricia that she is moving back home, leaving her sister without an excuse to avoid Ryan. Nina and Tomas discuss Ryan and Tricia. Reese informs Olivia who is coughing a lot that she has to stay home until she is well. Dru is upset that Olivia seems to be hiding something. Malcolm tries to get Dru to rethink working in Europe. Paul and Chris are frantically looking for Ross' phone number when Victoria and Ross walk in the office. Paul tells her about the videotape and wants Ross to confess. Ross explains that he only planted the letter because he was sure that Warton was the fan and he wanted him in jail. Chris explains that Ross has committed a felony and he is taken in police custody. Jack and Nikki discuss her love life. He wonders what life would have been like for them if their baby had lived.

Tricia vehemently claims it's too early for Megan to move out but she has made up her mind. Ryan tells Tricia that this is a good decision not only for them but for Megan as well. Tomas apologizes to Nina for putting her on the spot in regards to Ryan. They kiss. Dru rebuffs Malcolm's insinuation that she still has feelings for Neil. Dru explains to Malcolm that she's very happy with her life, so why should she want to rekindle the past. She wonders if Malcolm simply wants Neil away from Olivia as he himself might get close to her again. Meanwhile, Neil tells Olivia that even now his relationship with Drucilla is as complex as ever. Jack continues to charm Nikki and offers to help her make Victor jealous. On a more serious note he offers Nikki a post at Jabot! Michael has a tough time calming Warton who despite being framed by Ross has to spend another night in jail as his parole was revoked on the false accusations. Victoria, Paul and Christine inform Victor that Warton is not her stalker, and neither is Ross as the fan letters were not identical. Victor promises to make sure that his daughter is protected from now on.

Nikki arrives home to find Victor in a discussion with Victoria and Nick. Victor explains to Nikki that Victoria's life is in jeopardy and that he pulled all ads. Nikki wonders if Victor intends to stay at the ranch until the situation is resolved. He informs her that he only stayed last night because Victoria was distraught. At Christine's request, Michael asks Warton to drop any charges he might bring up against the Newman family, but Warton has other plans. Megan believes that Tony's death is eating away at Tricia. Her moving out is the only way for Tricia to let it go. Sharon is stunned that the investigation into Tony's death is closed. Lily comes down with the chicken pox. This puts Olivia's fragile health in great danger. Dru still doesn't know what's wrong with her sister, but feels that she and Lily should spend the rest of their stay with Malcolm. Nina and Tomas wake up in bed after spending the night together.

Sharon goes to Megan's home to discuss Tony. During the conversation, Sharon realizes that Tricia had to have heard Tony's motorcycle as she backed out of the driveway. Ryan wants to spend time alone with Tricia, but she claims to have an appointment. She also puts the blame squarely on him for Megan's decision to move back home. Nikki chides Victoria for keeping the fan letter situation from her. Nikki then takes Jack up on his offer to become a consultant for Jabot. Jill thinks that Jack is crazy to bring Nikki into the business. Ashley gets confirmation that she is pregnant. In light of her past, she doesn't want to spread the good news until she finds out for sure that she can carry the baby to term. Brad offers Victor a mutually beneficial deal to part ways which Victor declines.
