- Women are kept chained up nude in a basement and said to have been raped. One unconscious woman is artificially inseminated.
- A man lures a woman into his bedroom, and has sex with her. However, this sex turns into rape once he begins to have sex with a chicken as well. Some blood is seen (from mainly the chicken, but also the woman) as he rapes her. She yells at him a few times to stop. Extended views of her breasts and his buttocks, and a fleeting view of his erection.
- A woman and her adult son become excited while vandalizing a rival's home, and she then performs unsimulated fellatio on him; genital-oral penetration is visible for most of the scene.
- In one scene, a husband and wife, while they're completely naked, suck on each other's feet and profess their love for one another.
- In a brief scene, Divine inserts a steak into her "own little oven" which she later brags about.

- We see the corpse (not gory, but nude) of one woman who died due to mistreatment while kept prisoner in a basement.
- A chicken is killed during rough sex. It is partially crushed and muffled squawking is heard (the chicken was actually killed, and some blood is shown).
- A few cops are killed but mostly offscreen (no sounds are heard due to background music). Their bodies are then hacked up and eaten. Organs (excluding the intestines) and other body parts are seen, but they look a bit unrealistic.
- Two people are killed by a gunshot to the head or face offscreen. No sounds are heard, but their bloody faces are seen afterwards.
- Semen is supposedly injected into a vagina via a syringe. The scene is in closeup, lasting for a few seconds.

- Semi-frequent uses of 'fuck' and 'asshole', several of 'bitch' (used in anger towards unsavory characters), a few of 'cunt' (in the deleted scenes), and 1 of 'whore'.

- The women kept prisoner in a basement are used to produce babies to be sold on the black market to "lesbian couples." (Adoption by gay women (or men) was not legal in the 1970s when this film was made).
- A man scares a group of girls by attaching a sausage to his penis. Later in the film, a man in drag responds to this gesture by flashing his own penis. His genitals are fully visible in both scenes.
- A man masturbates into a container (viewed from behind with no nudity visible) while a woman berates him. He later injects the semen via syringe into a woman's vagina; this is shown in explicit detail.
- At a party thrown by Divine, one of the guests perform a show where he flexes his anus in time to the song "Surfin' Bird (Bird Is the Word)" by The Trashmen. There are extreme closeups of his anal sphincter; genitalia is also visible.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- In one unsimulated scene, a dog defecates. Divine then puts the excrement into her mouth and chews it, spitting some of it out.
