Pellinore appears in the background of Arthur and Guinevere's wedding. Arthur doesn't meet him until later in the film.
In the throne room of the Great Hall, where Lancelot is to be dubbed, assorted people are gathered throughout the hall as King Arthur and Queen Guenevere make their way to the throne, but no knights. As Sir Lancelot rides his horse into the hall, both sides of the hall lined with knights in armor, where there had been no knights before.
About 30 minutes in, a close-up of Guenevere shows her lying on a couch on her stomach, while Arthur is talking. Cut to a long shot of Arthur, still talking, while Guenevere, in the background, is suddenly sitting up, discreetly holding a blanket over her torso.
When Arthur is required to go to the window to view Guenevere at the stake and speaks to Mordred, his gold "cape" disappears.
When King Arthur proclaims the establishment of the Round Table, heralds ride throughout the countryside to recruit the knights, all of which are seen in a montage of shots. At the conclusion of the montage, when those knights other than Lancelot are collectively dubbed by King Arthur in the castle courtyard, King Pellinor stands to the right of King Arthur. King Pellinore doesn't enter the story until after Lancelot's arrival and on the May Day Festivities, well after the knights in the montage had been assembled.
Guenevere's party stops along the way for a cup of tea, which wasn't imported to England until much later.
A zipper is visible on the back of Arthur's tunic in several scenes. The zipper was invented in the second half of the 19th century.
In one scene, a dirty, round adhesive bandage is on Arthur's neck.
When Arthur and Guenevere first meet in the woods, the wheeled base of a film lamp is visible (wide-screen version).
