Violence & Gore

  • People get shot, but little blood is shown.
  • Dov Landau claims in one scene that The Nazis used him as others would use a woman implying very strongly he was raped by the Nazis.

Profanity

  • Very mild profanity: Hells, damns, etc.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Several characters smoke cigarettes. There is alcohol consumption (wine with dinner); all in moderation.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • A lot of explosions. Some shooting. A man is shown being executed by hanging. Another man is shown hanged and his chest has been mutilated. There is discussion of the Holocaust by Holocaust survivors.
  • The confession of rape by Dov is very emotional and hard to watch. We do not see any of these actions against him, but are implied very strongly.
