When the OK corral fight commences, one of the Earp brothers fires a shotgun at the wagon the Clanton gang is in. Ike yells "shotgun" and they duck. The pellets from the shotgun blast are clearly seen hitting the canvas on the wagon, forming a large circle with the many different pellet holes. Two scenes later when they return to the same canvas, all the pellet holes are gone.

When James Earp gets shot, the position of his arms differ when Wyatt finds him.
More than once Wyatt and Doc discuss the casual gaining and losing of money at figures like: $5,000 and $10,000. That's the modern equivalent of $100,000 and $200,000 dollars. Hardly a realistic depiction of finances for frontiersmen in 1881. Several hundred dollars would be more in line.
The shootout at the O.K. Corral was October 26, 1881. The rifles used in the movie were 1892 Winchesters. The 1873 Winchester would be correct for that time period.
The famous shootout took about 30 seconds but in the movie it takes about 8 minutes.
The real Gunfight took place at about 3 p.m., yet the film depicts it as being "at sun-up."
The film has Wyatt drinking whiskey like the rest of the guys. The real Wyatt Earp was noted for his teetotal lifestyle which he rarely deviated from.
When Wyatt Earp and Doc Holliday return to Earp's office in Dodge City after having killed the three men who'd tried to ambush them at their campsite, Deputy Charlie Bassett tells Holliday, "I hear you did some pretty fancy shooting, Doc". Wyatt tells Doc of his plans to leave Kansas in 1879: "There's going to be one less lawman in the territory." Kansas has been a state, not a territory, since 29 January 1861, but it's possible he was just using a colloquial expression.
