  • A character grooms, lures away, and then eats baby oysters whose shells resemble bonnets. The eating is not seen, but their empty shells are shown afterwards.
  • Children may find the "Very Good Advice" song/scene very sad. Alice cries during and after.
  • The atmosphere and characters of Wonderland can be eerie and uncanny, and may be frightening to some children.
  • The citizens of Wonderland catch up and presumably get their way with the Queen of Hearts' "Off with her head!" order on Alice, but Alice wakes up anyways and realizes it was all a dream.
  • A caterpillar as a butterfly yells at Alice very loud when it got angry. Can be frightening for some viewers.
