What happens to Pepe el Toro's wife and twins?
sriv6272 January 2008
I just watched this film last night for the first time , and I really liked it. Great acting. Specially from The immortal Pedro Infante who gives a superb performance. This movie is a real tear jerker as you will see how he deals with the lost of his only child.

This movie is the second part of a trilogy that started a year before with Nosotros Los Pobres, and ended five years later with Pepe El Toro (which in my opinion is the best of the three).I never saw these movies in chronological order. The thing is that I first saw Pepe El Toro months ago and his wife and twins were dead. So I supposed they died somewhere/time in the first two films. But I was wrong it never happened.I wonder why all of a sudden they are all dead in Pepe El Toro without any explanation? Only his older son dies in Ustedes Los Ricos. At the end of that movie he is having dinner with his wife and newborn twins. Five years later they are all gone. For a moment I thought I was missing a movie between these two.I even thought Islas Marias was that missing movie (I haven't seen that one yet), but I found out it has nothing to do with this series. Can someone please explain this to me.?

Emilio Giron, El Torito, was a great factor for the drama of this film.

Chachita and Pedro Infante work as hard and as well as the year old child actor Emilio Giron "El Torito". Emilio Giron himself cries everytime when he sees Pedro Infante holding El Torito with love and anger after the the burning of their house. Emilio Giron, El Torito, enjoyed working with Pedro Infante. Emilio Giron says that this film is one that everyone has to have at home to share with future generations. It is a movie that will never be forgotten. El Torito is the best child actor of that time. He was a joy to look at in this and other films that he has worked in. Emilio Giron, El Torito, is now days a hard working man, happily married, father and grandfather, currently running for Mayor of Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas. Everyone enjoys listening to his stories of the time when he used to work in the Mexican movies. Emilio Giron was and is a pleasure to watch.
