In an anticipated fight of the Millennium. Felix "Tito" Trinidad fights Oscar De La Hoya in a unification bout, with a winner will be the unified champion. Also in the undercard, Eric Morel fights with Miguel Angel Granados, Mia St. John takes on Kelley Downey, Eric "Butterbean" Esch fights in super-heavyweight contest against Ken Craven and the last fight of the undercard, Vasilliy Jirov makes his defense of his IBF World Cruiserweight title against Dale Brown.

In a last HBO Boxing broadcast, Cecilia Braekhus fight against Aleksandra Magdziak-Lopes in a ten round fight, at the end of fight, the show looks back at the fights that aired on HBO.
