- In the heart of a dense forest which was once a bustling haven of a cult's illicit practices and illegal drug trade, a group of men often venture into the forest for cycling adventures only to find themselves going missing one by one. With no trace of their whereabouts, a mysterious girl named "Bubot" appears to be the culprit. As the story unfolds, we come to learn that the men's disappearances are not due to any malevolent force, but rather, the strange effects of the thing called "bubot" (magic mushroom) which transported them into a vivid and fantastical world of their own creation after consuming it. As Jefferey (the film's main character), begin to unravel the truth behind his best friend's disappearance, he too falls prey to the effects of "bubot", and his minds become consumed by the vivid and unpredictable fantasies that it produces. The film showcases how one loses touch with reality and is trapped in his illusionary world. As the story progresses, the audience is left in a state of suspense about whether Jeffrey will be able to find his way back to reality or succumb to the effects of the mushroom. As the story reaches its final climax, he must brave the unforgiving and chilling landscape of the forest, fighting for his sanity and survival, if he is ever to make it out alive. The film is a gripping tale of the human psyche and the power of hallucinogens that warp one's sense of perception. It explores the fine line between reality and fantasy, the danger of losing oneself in one's imagination, and the darker side of the human experience.
