- A robber on the run from the law hides out in a house with a young girl and her grandfather, and treats them shabbily. He is later shot and badly wounded, but is rescued and cared for by an elderly, devoutly religious couple, and he begins to rethink the path his life has taken.
- The accidental overturning of their "prairie schooner" kills a settler and his wife and leaves their little baby girl, Sunbeam, alone in the world. Discovered by Big Wolf, an Indian brave from a nearby tribe, Sunbeam is adopted and brought up as one of their number. Twelve years later Sunbeam is a beautiful girl and has been told of her parentage by Big Wolf who now loves her. One morning Bob Harris, a cowboy, and his pal are given a drink of water by Sunbeam. Mutual love springs up between she and Harris and she tells him she is not an Indian, but loves them for their goodness. Hiding in the rocks Big Wolf tries to kill the cowboy, but the bullet passes through his hat and he rides on unharmed. Filled with hatred and jealousy Big Wolf resolves that if he cannot have Sunbeam no one else shall win her. Making her a captive in her wigwam that night he ties her to the back of a wild bronco and drives it out upon the plains. In the early gray of morning Bob and his pal are herding the cattle when Bob catches sight of the girl on the bronco's back. Hastening to the corral he secures his lariat and informs the boys who dash out to the rescue. Realizing his plan has failed Big Wolf, who has been hiding nearby, attempts to stab Bob in the back, but is shot dead by one of the cowboys who catches sight of him in time. The bronco is captured and Sunbeam is carried back to the ranch unconscious by Bob. A few weeks later the assembled cowboys give Sunbeam and Harris a rousing send-off as they ride away to be married across the rolling hills.
- Broncho Billy, a prospector, makes a rich strike, but while he is examining the rock he is being watched by three claim jumpers. The minute he leaves the spot the jumpers gather up some samples of the ore, and after replacing Broncho's sign with one of their own, start for the claim agent's office. Here they learn that he will not be there until Saturday. Meanwhile, Broncho has written a note to his sweetheart asking her to accompany her father, the stagecoach driver, on Saturday. She does so and they pick up Broncho at his cabin. There is a certain saloon at which the driver always stops, and the jumpers induce the bartender to dope his whiskey in order to delay Broncho. Their plan fails as his daughter grasps the reins and while she drives. Broncho holds off the jumpers with his gun. The claim jumpers soon give up the race and Broncho files his claim first.
- Earl Briggs, a ranchman, and Carl Underwood, a sheriff, are in love with Grace Woodward. Earl is the favored suitor and in time Grace becomes engaged to hire. Sometime later the stage is held up by Broncho Billy, a notorious outlaw. A fierce battle ensues in the woods between the posse and the bandit, in which Broncho Billy is wounded, Briggs, returning to his home, finds the wounded man and takes him to his shack, where he gives him first aid. A few weeks pass and Broncho Billy regains his health. Before departing from Briggs, he gives him a gold locket in appreciation of his kindness. The sheriff's sister recognizes the locket as her own, and Informs her brother, who places Briggs under arrest. Broncho Billy sees Briggs being led to jail and promptly gives himself up to the law, saving the innocent man from disgrace, Grace marries Briggs, and Broncho Billy is left to face the court of justice.
- Accompanied by his sister and his doctor, Ray Bartlett revisits the scene of the horrific car accident that left him severely mentally disabled two years ago. Upon their arrival, Ray uncovers an evil secret. And the blood spills...
