The year is 2013. After a world-wide economic collapse in 2009, the entire middle-class is wiped out, leaving only high-class and low-class. The high-class rich reside in a place called Parkland. Parkland is surrounded by high walls so they would be separated from the low-class citizens. There are no jobs, so there is no way that low-class citizens would ever achieve a better life. The high-class citizens want what they call "eternity" life. They build TV billboards to advertise "Eternity" life, in which poor citizens donate organs which the rich citizens need to survive and live longer. In exchange, the remaining family of the donor will receive $10 million and residence in Parkland. One man, Sgt. Jimmy Quinn and his family are allowed to live in Parkland because of his achievements and is to be promoted detective at Parkland...without being a donor. When the donor for the creator of Eternity, Dr. Roland Parker, is killed, they are in a desperate search of another donor. After waking up one morning with a hangover, a donation contract, and fired from the police department, he believes these donations are not so voluntary; he sets out to find proof before his time is up.

Rini is kidnapped by Wiseman. Who brainwashes her into thinking her parents don't love her and transforms her into a villain called Wicked Lady.

Saphir learns of Wiseman's true intentions and tries to warn his brother, only to be attacked by Wiseman himself. Barely managing to escape, Saphir is surprised when he is saved by Petz and her sisters.

Emerald puts her servants Doom and Gloom in charge of two negative points. One of these points is the school that Rini goes to. When she goes to school and everyone is acting strange, Luna and Artemis discover the Negamoon's plan. The Sailor Scouts arrive, but will they be able to help the kids when Doom and Gloom are using the kids to attack them?

Tuxedo mask tries to find out how to get inside the dark crystal growing in Crystal Tokyo. Diamond stands up to wise man. Wise man tries to convert sailor moon. Wicked Lady prepared to open the dark gate.

Artemis is out to prove he is capable after being teased by Luna. While on patrol, he encounters a suspicious-looking man who is gathering stray animals.

The Black Moon clan sends down its next operative, Esmeraude, to open the Dark Gate in 20th century Tokyo.

The Scouts desperately struggle to vanquish the ultimate evil of Wiseman, as well as try to restore the brainwashed Rini back to her old self again.

The scouts recap a couple things and also discuss and bicker who should be the new leader.

The Sailor Scouts travel to the future to help Rini save her mother.

Tuxedo Mask rescues Sailor Moon from Black Moon's castle. But before they can all celebrate, a giant dragon suddenly appears to destroy the Crystal Palace.

Prince Diamond tries to corrupt Princess Serena

A strange new flu is causing everyone in town to get sick, including the Sailor Guardians. Minako is the only one still healthy and takes it upon herself to look after her sick friends.

Usagi is still depressed over Mamoru calling off their relationship. Ami and Mako try to cheer her up by taking Usagi to a promise ring workshop.

Chibi-Usa finally learns that Usagi is Sailor Moon. Eager to return to the future, she steals Usagi's Silver Crystal and flees, only to be ambushed by Rubeus.

Rubeus succeeds in taking four of the five Sailor Guardians prisoner. He then demands that Sailor Moon bring Chibi-Usa and the Silver Crystal to him in exchange for the girls' lives.
