She begins to investigate their past and notices the mysterious deaths that have followed Ichiro Seike during his rise in politics. Her own father's death, who was also a reporter, is somehow connected to the politician's past.

An omnibus featuring five stories and five segments the film revolves around the radio and its listeners. There are different hosts, announcers and DJs and a bevvy of listeners. The listeners range from a band hearing its own song on the radio to a woman trapped in a building relying on the sound of the radio to find her way out.

Owing to an invention and machine, Akira and Nanako exchange bodies and inhabit one another's bodies and lives now. The machine is destroyed, but Manzou gives them an ultimatum to raise enough money to reassemble a machine in order to reverse the switch and what has happened. While they seem to succeed the money is diverted to pay off other obligations and the two re-engage with their effort pending Manzou's return.

One day, statue from the shrine is mysteriously stolen, and rocks are falling even thought it's not Raining. A few days later, they discover that gigantic meteor is approaching which destroy the entire village.
