- The Rugby team is putting on a family salsa night and all of Crescent Bay will be there. Everyone except Andy that is, or so Nicky thinks.
- When Mr Stephanopolous, the owner of the girls favorite hangout The Beach Hut Cafe, decides it's time to retire early, Frankie sets out to show him how important he is to the whole community-but, as usual, the M&M's mess everything up.
- Rosie creates this week's Sleepover challenge-Fearlotto, with the objective of the game being to confess your worse fears.
- Lyndz forgot to do Michael's paper round and now she owes him - breakfast in bed and the money he has missed out on. Rosie has asked everyone to keep her birthday low key, but her older brother Will's basketball game threatens to eclipse her day. Kenny is arrested for shoplifting when the girls go to the mall to get a present for Rosie's birthday.
- The Sleepover Club play matchmaker and Rosie Cartwright, the new girl at Crescent Bay, proves to be worthy of the sleepover girls friendship when she gives the M&M's, the Sleepover Club's arch rivals, the perfect payback.
- Frankie still needs convincing that Rosie really is Sleepover Club material and decides Lyndz's birthday "scary movie" sleepover is the best time to make sure.
- The year 7's have to debate that men are the stronger sex, but the teams are mixed-not only does Frankie have to argue that they are stronger but she's in a team with Marco.
- Kenny becomes the Crescent Bay High style guru for the school paper and influences some weird and wonderful fashion ideas.
- The Sleepover Club set up a car wash to raise money to make their sleepovers more exciting, but the M&Ms find a way to ruin the girls plan. Meanwhile Lydnz falls out with Frankie. Presented by Frankie.
- Rosie comes up with a brilliant theme for a sleepover - a Hawaiian beach party. She doesn't want to host the sleepover however, her first, and suggests they have it at the beach.
- Frankie is running for year 7 student council representative, but the M&Ms and Kenny's sister Molly conspire together to ruin Frankie's chances. Will this be enough to stop her though? Presented by Fliss.
- Lyndz and Rosie have a falling out after a prank on Lyndz' older brother's birthday party goes wrong.
- Kenny is told that her family are moving to Sydney. The Sleepover Club is on a mission to do everything in their power to stop letting it happen, but will they succeed?
- Lyndz has a horse riding competition and Fliss offers to help her on the day. Meanwhile, Frankie finally gets the chance to prove herself as a big sister - or does she?
- Taking Michael's flippant comments to heart, Lyndz starts to question her own identity. Thus, she decides she needs a new image and the school dance is the perfect place to reinvent herself.
- The year 7s go on a camping trip and a navigational exercise goes haywire, thanks to the M&Ms. Rosie is and scared as it is her first trip to the Australian Bush. Presented by Frankie.
- Ms Nickels is coaching the Crescent Bay netball team and because the numbers are low due to an outbreak of chicken pox, Sara and Alana have been made members, even though they cannot play.
- Fliss is not thrilled that her mother's new boyfriend Andy is taking up so much of their time together especially when he tries to make a "Sleepover Club Video". Presented by Fliss.
- It is the Crescent Bay swim carnival and the Sleepover girls have convinced Rosie that her father's sudden health kick is due to a new love interest in his life but who will it be? Presented by Rosie.
- The local theme park will be handing out a years worth of free passes to the one millionth guest and every cool kid in the area will be there - including the M&Ms and the Sleepover Club.
- Frankie is really upset about Kenny living in Sydney, however, Rosie thinks that the Sleepover Club is too valuable to let go just because the girls are missing Kenny.
- Fliss is forced to stay at Matthew's house while her mother is on her honeymoon, causing the boys to instigate a turf war. Rosie and Kenny also start to take more of an interest in boys. The girls throw a party for them once they get back.
- The trials are on, but Crescent Bay isn't allowed to participate unless the graffiti artists who are vandalising the school are exposed.
- Nina, Mr Stephanopolous' niece from Greece, comes to stay and hosts a Greek Sleepover for the girls.
- Frankie and Fliss are upset because Kenny thinks training with Ryan Scott is more important to her than her best friends. Frankie needs help on the science exam, which the M&Ms have found a way to cheat on.
- The M&Ms win a mystery prize from a phone-in competition, and try to hide it from Lyndz and Michael's dad, due to Michael running up the phone bill. The M&Ms become trapped in the garage, leading to the Sleepover Club rescuing them.
- Frankie visits her cousin Charlie and sees how good friends she has. She suggests she sets up her own Sleepover Club, and then the second generation of the Sleepover Club is born.
- Tayla enters a contest for a magazine to help boost her confidence, but Jess realises Tayla needs some help to win. Jess reworks Tayla's drawings and submits them without telling her. Will this restore Tayla's confidence?
- The school principal's budgie isn't feeling well. So Mr Carroll visits Brooke's mom, Brooke and the girls decide that they should look after the bird.
- Tayla is failing miserably at history and if she doesn't pass she is going to be sent to another school called St. Anne's.
- The girls find out that being a parent is harder than it looks when their class is given an assignment to look after simulated babies. Banding together to be the best parents they can is the perfect excuse for a sleepover.
- There's great excitement amongst the first year students at Seaview High when a social is announced. Tayla and Charlie volunteer to be on the planning committee, but so do Krystal and Caitlin.
- Jess wins a contest based on her favorite TV show 'Beach of Hearts' and gets to hang out with the show's main actress. But Jess discovers that she's not all she seems on TV, she's horrible. But who will she choose, her or the SOC?
- The class is doing an art project. The SOC want to do a group project but Jess has already started on a project of her own; when she witnesses yet another instance of Krystal putting Caitlin down.
- The Blockheads are out to prank everyone in sight during the school's weekend at camp. The SOC must team up with an unlikely ally to get revenge. They get their revenge but what will the consequences be?
- Charlie has a crush on a surfer called Angus Miller, but grows increasingly jealous of the time he spends with Jess.
- The Sleepover Club shoot a film at a haunted prison that closed 14 years ago, for a school project. Meanwhile, the Blockheads shoot their film there too and scare the SOC. The girls think up a plan to get them back good.
- Tayla is over the moon when she wins an all expenses paid trip to Spectac-U-Land. The only problem is it's a trip for two. Who will become Tayla's best friend and accompany her on the trip?
- Maddy looks like she's going to win the Seaview Junior Girls' Sailing Classic for the third time. But when she discovers that the boys' prize is more than the girls', she is determined to get equality.
- Jason's dream of winning the world's biggest water pistol at mini-golf evaporates when the SOC girls sink a hole-in-one and get to pick the week's jackpot prize - a beautiful stuffed polar bear.
- The SOC's class has to perform a play for their end-of-term project but when the class is divided into two casts, the SOCS find themselves in the same group as Krystal and Caitlin and the Blockheads.
- The class is participating in a community service exercise helping senior citizens. But when the Blockheads let down their bike tyres, the Sleepover Club give chase.
- The SOC class are on an excursion to an old abandoned orphanage. Charlie mentions that there are still old toys inside so Jason and the Blockheads plan to sneak back later.
- It's Casual Clothes Day at Seaview College and the SOCS arrive looking cool. Even Brooke has a new outfit, but to everyone's horror it's exactly the same as Krystal's.
- Charlie gets a new diary with a voice activated lock. After a minor spat Charlie makes a few unflattering entries in her diary about the SOC. When the diary goes missing, Charlie is scared that one of the SOC will find it.
- On the morning after a sleepover in Maddy's ultra-messy room, Maddy is off surfing when her mother delivers an ultimatum - Maddy cleans her room or the professionals get called in.
- Charlie's worst nightmare comes true when Krystal is foisted on her for the weekend while her parents go away. To make matters worse, it's the weekend of a sleepover.
- Tayla's thirteenth birthday is fast approaching and she's very excited because she will truly be a teenager. The SOC girls are keen to make it a memorable event so they plan to throw a surprise pool party.
- When Jason throws a sweet at Charlie during swim practice, she zooms off and wins the race. She then gets on the swim team, and it starts to get to Maddie as sport is her thing.
- Charlie is very excited because she has been asked by the editor of the Seaview College student newspaper to write an article. The problem is Charlie can't decide what to write about.
- There is a baking competition in school and Brooke's cake looks set to win. However after break they come back to find it has gone missing and Brooke is determined to find out who is responsible.
- Maddy is very worried when the SOC basketball team loses to Krystal's team. Things get worse when the girls' coach has to make an unexpected trip.
