Aparna Balamurali is an Indian actress who primarily works in the Malayalam film industry. She completed her schooling at the Devamatha CMI Public School in Thrissur. She then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the Global Institute of Architecture located in Palakkad, Kerala.
Balamurali made her acting debut with the film Yathra Thudarunnu in 2013. Another Malayalam film Oru Second Class Yathra (2015), was released in 2015, where she played the lead role of Latha. Lijo Jose Pellissery is an Indian actor and filmmaker who predominantly works in the Malayalam film industry. He is known for his nonlinear storylines and unconventional approach to directing films.
Pellissery earned his Master's degree in Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Plantation Management, Bangalore, before venturing into the film industry.
He began his career as an assistant to ad filmmaker Manoj Pillai and proceeded to make short films.
In 2010, he debuted as a feature film director with Nayakan (2010). He followed it up with City of God (2011), using the hyperlink cinema format as the narrative structure. Lal Jose, a proficient Indian film maker, was born in Valapad in Thrissur district, Kerala to Jose and Lilly. Later the family moved to Ottapalam owing to personal commitments. Lal Jose did his schooling at NSS KPT School and NSS College Ottapalam. He is married to Leena. The couple has two daughters, Irine and Catherine. Initially he worked as an Assistant Director with Kamal (V) in 16 films, from Pradeshika Vaarthakal (1989) to Krishnagudiyil Oru Pranayakalathu (1997). He worked as an associate director to prominent filmmakers like Thampy Kannamthanam, _Ambazhathil Karunakaran Lohithadas_ , Harikumar, Vinayan, K. K. Haridas, and Nizar.
In 1998, he made his debut as an independent director with Oru Maravathoor Kanavu (1998), which starred P.I. Mohammed Kutty (Mammootty) and was scripted by _Sreenivasan (I)_, which turned out be a blockbuster. The huge success of Oru Maravathoor Kanavu earned him a highly dignified reputation. The film was critically and commercially lauded. His next venture was Chandranudikkunna Dikhil (1999), with Dileep as hero, which did well at the box office. In 2001, Lal Jose directed Randam Bhavam (2001) starring Suresh Gopi. In later years, it was widely acclaimed later as one of the best action films in Malayalam.
In 2002 Lal Jose directed Meesha Madhavan (2002) which was a milestone in his career as well as for Indian Cinema. Meesha Madhavan was the biggest hit in Malayalm cinema at that time. Later in 2005, Lal Jose directed _Chathupottu(2005)_, the huge box-office success of which took Lal Jose's career to new heights. In 2006, Lal Jose brought out Achanurangatha Veedu (2006), a hugely critically acclaimed film with a strong message that shook the audience and film lovers alike.
Lal Jose created an obsession in Kerala in 2006 with Classmates (2006), which broke all the collection records in the Malayalam cinema industry till date. In 2007, he did a political film named Arabikkatha (2007), with Sreenivasan in a leading role. Arabikkatha was critically and commercially a big hit. Lal Jose then directed Neelathamara (2009), written by M. T. Vasudevan Nair, the receipent of maximum number National Awards in Best Screenplay, and it was a remake of the 30-year-old movie with the same name. It was accepted well by the critics and the masses. He directed a story with Mammootty as lead in Kerala Cafe (2009) in 2010. He then directed the hit film Elsamma Enna Aankutty (2010) without multistars.
In 2012 Lal Jose made Diamond Necklace (2012) which was the debut film of his production house LJ Films and was well received by the critics and film-goers alike. His next film, Ayalum Njanum Thammil... (2012) was very well received by critics and won the Kerala State Film Award for the Best Director for that year; it did well at the box office, too. He teamed up with Mammooty again for Immanuel (2013).
In 2014 he made a commercial blockbuster named Vikramadithyan (2014) and in 2015 he has already made a heroine centric critically acclaimed film named Neena (2015).

Unnikrishnan Mukundan Nair, is better known as Unni Mukundan in the film fraternity.
Mukundan grew up in the city of Ahmedabad in Gujarat and did his schooling at Pragati Higher Secondary School there. He attended Prajyoti Niketan College in Thrissur, from where he completed his graduation in English Literature and Journalism.
Before becoming an actor, Mukundan had joined the BPO industry. He gave up on his well-paying job in the field to fulfil his dream of becoming an actor.
Mukundan debuted in the film industry with Seedan (2011), a romantic fantasy drama in which he played the lead role. His next film was Bombay March 12 (2011), where he shared the screen with renowned actor Mammootty. The film's storyline revolved around the bomb blasts that shook Mumbai (then Bombay) in 1993.
His debut performance won him several awards, including the Best Debutant Actor Award at the South Indian International Movie Awards 2011 (SIIMA), the Best Newcomer of the Year Award at the Jaihind TV Film Awards 2011, and the Best New Face of the Year Award at the Asianet Film Awards 2012.
His next appearance was in the satirical comedy-drama film Thatsamayam Oru Penkutty (2012), directed by T.K. Rajeev Kumar.
Mukundan later impressed the audience with his performance in the action comedy Mallu Singh (2012). The character played by Mukundan was loved by the audience, and the film ran at the theatres for more than 100 days.
After making cameo appearances in movies like Theevram (2012) and The Hitlist (2012), Mukundan appeared in the lead role in I Love Me (2012). He went on to act in films like Orissa (2013) and Ithu Pathiramanal (2013), both of which were directed by M. Padmakumar. He was also a part of the action-thriller anthology D Company (2013) and the adventure-thriller movie, The Last Supper (2014).
Mukundan's next big screen venture was Vikramadithyan (2014), a comedy-drama film that opened to positive reviews and ran for more than 100 days in theatres.
His journey as an actor continued with films like KL 10 Patthu (2015), Samrajyam II: Son of Alexander (2015), Fireman (2015), Style (2016), and Oru Murai Vanthu Paarthaya (2016).
He made his debut in the Telugu film industry in 2016 with the action-drama film Janatha Garage (2016), which was written and directed by Koratala Siva. The film grossed over Rs. 41 crores on the first day of its release, making it the biggest opener among Telugu films in 2016. It went on to earn Rs. 100 crores worldwide.
In 2017, Mukundan played one of the lead roles in the comedy crime thriller Achayans (2017). Mukundan made his debut as a singer and lyricist with this movie.
In the same year, Clint (2017), a biographical film based on Edmund Thomas Clint, a child prodigy who made more than 25,000 paintings in his short life of just seven years, was released. The film was directed by Harikumar, and Mukundan played the role of Joseph, the child prodigy's father.
Mukundan's other releases in 2017 included Avarude Raavukal (2017) and Masterpiece (2017). The latter was an action mystery thriller film directed by Ajai Vasudev in which Mukundan appeared in the negative role of ACP John Thekkan IPS. It became the first Malayalam movie to be dubbed in Russian.
In 2018, Mukundan played a pivotal role in Bhaagamathie (2018), a Tamil-Telugu bilingual film starring Anushka Shetty. The film grossed more than Rs. 51 crores in its worldwide collection in the first week. He followed it up with films like Ira (2018), Chanakya Thanthram (2018), Mikhael (2019), Mamangam: History of the Brave (2019), Bhramam (2021), Meppadiyan (2022), 12th Man (2022), and Shefeekkinte Santhosham (2022).
He also played the lead role in Malikappuram (2022), an action-adventure drama film. The film was made on a budget of about Rs. 3.5 crores and went on to earn more than Rs. 50 crores.
Mukundan launched his film production company called Unni Mukundan Films in 2020. His company has produced films like Meppadiyan (2022) and Shefeekkinte Santhosham (2022).

Varrier studied in Sandeepani Vidya Nikethan in Thrissur. She pursued the Bachelor of Commerce programme at Vimala College in Thrissur.
In 2018, Varrier appeared in the song Mele Shoonyagasham in the film Thanaha (2018). She started her career with the film Oru Adaar Love (2019), a Malayalam movie produced by Nithiin through his production house Ousepachan Movie House. The screenplay was written by Sarjano Khalid and Yaariyan 2 (2023) from the original story written and directed by Oru Adaar Love (2019). This film also stars Noorin Shereef and Roshan Abdul Rahoof.
Varrier made her Telugu debut in the movie 4 Years (2022), where she played the role of Yatra or Isabel. The movie was written and directed by Thanaha (2018). Rakul Preet Singh, Rakul Preet Singh and Nithiin also starred in this movie.
Varrier went on to act in another Telugu film Ishq: Not a Love Story (2021), alongside Teja Sajja. It is a remake of the Malayalam film Ishq (2019). She played the role of Anasuya in the movie.
