Viktor Gjika (born 23 June 1937 - 3 March 2009) was one of the most prominent and greatest film makers of Albanian Cinema. For his distinguished and remarkable contribution to the cinema, he was awarded with the highest Title as "People's Artist". He was graduated at "VKIG" Cinematographic Institute of Moscow in Russia. Together with a classmate, presenting their academic degree when graduated, they shooted the short film "No one ever dies", based on Ernest Hemingway's homonym story, which was awarded the First Prize at the Worldwide Cinematographic Institutes Film Festival in Holland on 1961. Author of more than 15 movies and over 25 documentary films. General Director of "Shqiperia e Re" Film Studio in Tirana for more than 10 years in the 80-ties, until 1991. Pëllumb Panariti was born on 10 July 1952 in Korca, Albania. He is a cinematographer and actor, known for Tre Vetë Kapërcejnë Malin (1988), Gjeneral gramafoni (1978) and Këmishët me dyllë (1987).
