Per-Henry's passion for location started long before he start within film production. Unsupported ski expeditions across Greenland, and both to South- and North pole. He has also been a part of Norwegian climbing expeditions to K2 in the Himalayas, in addition to other mountaineering projects in Eurasia. Sailed across The Pacific and lived in New Zealand, training to be a commercial helicopter pilot until he stumbled on to film set...
So when Per-Henry in 1994 started within film production, filming on location was his drive. The more difficult the better. As he has handled productions on all continents of the world, and he knows what the industry is demanding. Specially on remote locations and under Arctic winter condition.- John Arne Riise was born on 24 September 1980 in Aalesund, Norway. Mattis Mathiesen was born on 30 June 1924 in Aalesund, Norway. He was a cinematographer and producer, known for Sus og dus på by'n (1968), A Young Woman Missing (1953) and Frida: Straight from the Heart (1991). He died on 9 October 2010.- Norwegian stage actor and manager, stage debut at Studioteatret in 1945, a theater inspired by the ideas of the Russian theorist and director Stanislavsky. Later he became an actor and touring manager at Riksteatret.( The National Norwegian Travelling Theater )
He appeared in plays like: "The Long Christmas Dinner" (1945) and "Our Town" (1946) both by Thornton Wilder, "All My Sons" (1948) by Arthur Miller, "The Threepenny Opera" (1953) by Brecht, and as krogstad in "A Doll's House" (1956) by Ibsen.
In films he played only bit parts in four Norwegian films between 1946/58.
He was married to stage actress Gerd Rivedal Wiik (1921-2005).
