I love sci-fi and hero / powers based films and series so I really wanted to like this, especially with this being British. We are bombarded over here with so much American content so was looking forward to a change. But this wasn't it.
Unfortunately I agree with prior bad reviews of this film. This film glorified the vacuous and selfish lives of gangstas and that whole culture way too much. Self centred characters making poor choices over and over, but with superpowers. Hard to find any likeable characters, even as anti-hero's. The roadmen accents got intolerable pretty quickly too.
The script lacked depth. The acting was average. Not really sure what else to say other than maybe one to have on in the background while you scroll on your phone.
