So this is life in the hood? Just a couple of quick questions though. If the Furious character is so smart, why does he keep his son living in an environment like that? Does he know what a U-Haul is for? And he also will let his son hang around known thugs! His son even gets to see a young Doughboy getting arrested at a young age, getting out of prison later we learn at a cookout, and Furious is so smart? Right. Not to mention that Furious is a racist and has a rant during the movie while everyone is standing there like they are learning something special. Sure, living in the hood is bad, but don't promote it in a movie like this that makes it seems like no one has any choices. They do, during this film they seem to portray it as a "how to live your life in the hood without getting killed mentality". It is an interesting movie, but not for everyone.
