We're receiving our first look of the third season of Star Wars: Visions, which includes more than a few surprises. The animated anthology series is getting a new season on October 29, 2025, and in a departure from the show's first two seasons, it will be returning to the worlds of three previous shorts. Collider's Maggie Lovitt shared the information and below images from her coverage at Star Wars Celebration in Shiba, Japan.

Three shorts from the show's first season — "The Duel," "The Village Bride," and "The Ninth Jedi," — will get a sequel this season. The sequels are entitled "The Duel: Payback," "The Lost Ones," and "The Ninth Jedi: Child of Hope." The same studios that animated them will return for the sequel, as well: Kamikaze Douga, Kinema Citrus, and Production I.G., respectively.
