Former 'Rhobh Husband' Tom Girardi Found Guilty Of Wire Fraud
Former Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills personality Tom Girardi was found guilty on four counts of wire fraud in Los Angeles.
Tom, 85, is the estranged husband of Rhobh's Erika Jayne. Erika filed for divorce from Tom in November 2020, after four years of marriage.
As we previously reported, Erika and Tom married in 1999, when Erika was 28 and Tom was 60.
Moreover, the timing of their split was called into question with respect to Tom's fraud trial:
"[December 2020] Erika and Tom's divorce was called a 'scam' after [the couple were] sued over [allegations of] embezzlement by the law firm, Edelson PC, on behalf of the families of Lion Air Flight 610's crash victims.

"[September 2022] A judge found no evidence of wrongdoing on Erika's part after she was accused of aiding and abetting Tom in his $2 million fraud lawsuit."
Tom was deemed "competent to stand trial" on the charges in question back in January, enabling the case to proceed.
