The voices that shaped fighting games (1/4: Rookie Edition)

I've grown to love fighting games, but I've also grown to appreciate the many voice actors that put their best efforts into the voices of these iconic characters. So, here are some rather lesser-known voice actors who have become known to bring their voices to the fighting game genre.

This is the first episode in a four-part series.

Playable characters, announcers, final bosses, and assist characters integral to a fighter's gameplay are acceptable. Voice actors for the upcoming League of Legends fighting game, titled "2XKO", will be added once the actors for each revealed character have been confirmed.

(WARNING: I see each of these actors' roles as being similar to a badge of honor. Should an actor engage in inappropriate, unprofessional, or flat-out rude behavior, they, along with all of their roles, will be deleted.)

(Side notes: Only characters from traditional fighting games or platform fighters will be featured. Unless an upcoming game is already released, the voice actors for certain characters will be listed with a question mark until their involvement in the cast is confirmed or not. If an actor passes away, they will be given a short elegy underneath their voice roles in relation to one of their many roles in their career.)

(Removals: Hellena Taylor, the voice of Bayonetta in the Super Smash Bros. series from SSB4 to Ultimate, has been removed for verbally attacking Jennifer Hale (the new and current voice of Bayonetta), calling for a boycott of "Bayonetta 3", and for spreading misinformation about her pay dispute that created a rift in the voice acting industry. Chris Cain, the former voice of Dee Jay in the Street Fighter IV series, has been removed, due to his retirement from voice acting.)
