Kali Uchis has released her new song “Ilysmih” from her upcoming fifth album Sincerely.

This marks one of the first songs that Kali wrote since welcoming her child into the world, so it’s the start of a new musical chapter for her.

For those who don’t know, the acronym “Ilysmih” means “I love you so much it hurts.”

Kali said in a statement, “Ilysmih is me sharing a piece of my heart with the world. Living a life that is rich in love and inner peace hasn’t come easy. I hope this song will find anyone who needs it.”
