Jared Leto Boldly Turned Down Role in a $400 Million Tron Film Before ‘Tron: Ares’ Despite Being a “massive fan”
Jared Leto has been a part of a number of blockbuster movies in the industry, and as an actor he’s known for diving deep into his role. But long before he solidified his star status, he could have been a part of a massive $400 million budget Tron film. What makes this even more surprising is the fact that he has been a big fan of the Torn universe for years.
But when the opportunity to be a part of it arrived on his doorstep, he pulled back and turned it down. At the time, Disney had huge aspirations for another Tron sequel. Plus, getting an actor like Leto on board would’ve been a big win.
