Jason Statham's New Action Film Didn't Impress Rotten Tomatoes Critics (But Audiences Loved It)

Jason Statham is one of the most prolific action actors and the audience is once more excited about his latest release, A Working Man. The critics, however, weren't as impressed.
A Working Man reunites Statham with his 2024's The Beekeeper director David Ayer. Their first stint working together was very successful with the audience, making it a box office hit. Now, A Working Man seems to replicate that formula because the audience is widely different than the critics' on Rotten Tomatoes.
Jason Statham's A Working Man debuted with a score of 64% on the review-aggregator website. While the score wasn't exciting, it was above the 60% threshold and it maintained a "fresh" badge. One day later, as more reviews came in, the action film lost that privilege and currently has a score of 53% from the critics.
