
Chris Rock Signs with WME

Comedian, writer and actor Chris Rock has signed with WME in all areas.
The multi-hyphenate, who was previously repped by CAA, broke out with his stand-up and work on Saturday Night Live. Rock has earned three Grammy Awards and four Emmy Awards for projects like stand-up specials Roll with the New and Bigger & Blacker and series like The Chris Rock Show.
Recent onscreen acting credits include a turn in the FX anthology series Fargo and the Netflix Bayard Rustin biopic Rustin.
As of late, Rock has been transitioning to more behind-the-camera work, including with the well-received feature Top Five, which he wrote, directed and starred in. Up next, he will direct and star in the Hollywood-set feature Misty Green, based on an original script by Rock. He is currently attached to direct the U.S. remake of Oscar-winning drama Another Round and a Martin Luther King Jr. biopic set up...
