Surface Season 2, Episode 3, "Kintsugi" is the episode the Apple TV+ show has been plotting all along. There aren't any huge explosive scenes or major plot reveals, but that ironically makes it more intense. With the cat out of the bag, the series shows its hand and gets to the big character moment that viewers have been waiting for since Season 2 was announced.
"Kintsugi" mainly deals with the revelation at the end of Season 2, Episode 2. Sophie Ellis now finds herself on the back foot and chooses to respond by going on the offensive. Meanwhile, Callum Walsh is still out there making things up as he goes along, which isn't the best way to approach things either.
