Kate Hudson’s ‘Running Point’ Scores Season 2 Renewal at Netflix
Netflix has put the team on its back and renewed the sports comedy “Running Point” for a second season.
“It’s official: See you next season,” the streamer shared early Thursday morning on X. “‘Running Point’ S2 is coming.” Season 1 premiered Feb. 27.
The series from co-creators Mindy Kaling, Elaine Ko, David Stassen and Ike Barinholtz stars Kate Hudson, Drew Tarver, Scott MacArthur, Fabrizio Guido, Chet Hanks, Toby Sandeman and Brenda Song as the various members behind a dysfunctional family’s pro basketball team. Max Greenfield, Jon Glaser, Jay Ellis, Dane Diliegro, Keyla Monterroso Mejia, Uche Agada, Roberto Sanchez, Scott Evans and Justin Theroux also star.
