
Bocchi The Rock! Season 2 Announced With New Director

The production of Bocchi The Rock! season 2 has been officially announced but with a major change—Yusuke Yamamoto will take over as director, replacing Keiichiro Saito, who led the first season.
The announcement was made on Feb 15, 2025, during the Kessoku Band Tour “We will B” event, where a special teaser video and a new illustration by character designer Keito Oda were also revealed.
CloverWorks will continue producing the series, with Erika Yoshida returning as the scriptwriter. Character design will be handled by Keito Oda and Kerorira. No release date has been announced yet.
