The previous episode of Paradise ended on a cliffhanger where we got to know that Billy had something to do with the president’s death. Gabriel Torabi made an unexpected move, and she got physically intimate with Xavier Collins. She liked the kind of man Collins was, but she had ulterior motives behind getting intimate that nobody knew about. I believe Torabi knew that Sinatra had eyes everywhere, which was why she needed to make her meeting with Collins appear extremely organic. In the shower, she told Collins what President Bradford had told her before he’d died.
