ABC was the first network to announce plans after learning of President Biden’s exit speech at the Oval Office. The speech will air on Wednesday, Jan. 15 at 8 p.m. Et, and it will run for 20 minutes. It’s rare for Biden to make a speech from the Oval Office, so it’s not surprising that all networks are going to air it.
When announcing plans, ABC made it clear that the night wouldn’t be completely pre-empted. Instead, times would be shifted.
