The longevity and expanse of The Real Housewives franchise has introduced audiences to dozens of cast members from around the world. Most cast members of any Real Housewives show have a spouse that similarly becomes part of The Real Housewives world.

The marriages of the cast members on all The Real Housewives shows are often front-and-center when it comes to drama and intrigue. Some couples have ended their marriages while on the show, notably Rhonj's Teresa Giudice, Rhobh's Erika Jayne, Rhop's Ashley Darby, and Rhom's Alexia Nepola and Lisa Hochstein.

Rhoa's Phaedra Parks, Porsha Williams, and Kenya Moore's marriages ended while on the show, as did Rhony's Luann de Lesseps and Romana Singer. Additionally, Rhobh's Kyle Richards has separated from her husband, Mauricio Umansky.
