Blue Bloods has only a few episodes left before the series finale airs. The police procedural is still popular as it wraps up its fourteenth and final season because of the way that it blends cop and family drama, making the disappointing news that Blue Bloods has been canceled even more difficult to accept. Sadly, a fan-led movement to save Blue Bloods did not move the needle with CBS executives, so the series will end after the 18th episode of season 14.

The second half of the final season has not given many clues as to how the series will wrap up, making it difficult to guess the final fate of each Blue Bloods character. Instead, the series has offered standalone stories such as Frank standing against the mayor's idea of bringing the National Guard in to combat crime or the family's upset about Grace Edwards rescinding Danny's award.
