Mikey Madison Went Full Manson Auditioning For Tarantino, And She Knew Hed Cast Her In Ouatih Before She Got The Role
Mikey Madison revealed what she did to impress Quentin Tarantino in her audition for his 2019 film Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. Madison played Sadie, one of the members of the Manson Family in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. Her character was one of the three Manson members who broke into Rick Dalton's (Leonardo DiCaprio) house at the end of the movie and attacked the actor and his stuntman/driver, Cliff Booth (Brad Pitt). After being cast in the movie, Madison was able to work with actors such as DiCaprio, Pitt, and Maya Hawke.
In a recent appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live promoting her critically acclaimed new film Anora, Madison detailed how she stood out to Tarantino during her audition for Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. To embody a member of the Manson Family, Madison revealed that she created a painting and wrote a poem that was dedicated to Charles Manson.
