Underwood recently talked with CMT’s Hot 20 about how her health routine, especially how she gets her voice ready for a performance. As she explained, “I feel like first and foremost taking care of myself overall is like the most thing I could do, with food and drink and being healthy and exercising and all that stuff.”
However, Underwood admitted, while she can handle the basics, she’s “bad at everything else.” In particular, she has trouble with “warmups and cool downs.”
