Charlie Hunnam's Monster Season 3 Adds Rings of Power, The Conners & Harley Quinn Actors
New cast members have been revealed for the third season of Ryan Murphy's Monster anthology series on Netflix. Currently in development, the third chapter will follow previous seasons that focused on Jeffrey Dahmer and the Menendez brothers.
Previously, it was reported that Monster Season 3 would star Charlie Hunnam (Sons of Anarchy) as Ed Gein, a real-life murderer and grave robber who carried out his devious crimes in the 1950s. Gein was partly known for his obsession with his mother, which even inspired the plot of the famous Alfred Hitchcock movie Psycho. Per Variety, four-time Emmy winner Laurie Metcalf (The Conners) has reportedly been cast as Gein's mother, Augusta, in Monster Season 3. Also joining the cast are Tom Hollander (The White Lotus) and Olivia Williams (The Crown), respectively, as Hitchcock and the film director's wife, Alma Reville.
