The underdog of the Big Three anime series, Bleach, by Tite Kubo, is known to be one of the greatest anime and manga series of all time. The series has not only inspired many other mangakas but has also been referenced in their works. The biggest example of this is Jujutsu Kaisen by Gege Akutami.

Akutami has always expressed their admiration for Kubo and how his work influenced a major aspect of Jujutsu Kaisen. However, Jujutsu Kaisen fans don’t seem to understand the impact Kubo had on their favorite series.
