The Dimeras give the Duggars a run for their money when it comes to the number of children in one family. With so many offspring stemming back to one man, it’s hard to remember just how many kids Stefano actually had. Andre, Benjy, Renee, Megan, Lexi, Ej, Chad, Stefan, and Jake are all his biological heirs, although the last two were not revealed until after his death. Additionally, the Phoenix had three adopted children, Tony, Kristen, and Peter, rounding out the dastardly clan to an even dirty dozen.
