Time to pack up your tents folks as Nintendo announced today that the popular Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp smartphone game will be coming to a close on November 28 – though, you will be able to pitch your tent someplace else. Nintendo also revealed that a separate offline, paid, app will be released around the time of Pocket Camp’s closure, letting all players move their camps to the new app and continue playing. The first major part of the closure will be the end of Pocket Camp Club subscription payments, which finish on October 28, one month before the closure of the game. Those who renew or join Pocket Camp Club in the month of October will be able to use the paid features until the final day of the free-to-play version of the game as well as get a special badge.
