New York-based power acting couple Claire Danes and Hugh Dancy are ready to say goodbye to a four-bedroom Greek Revival townhouse in the West Village that they’ve owned for more than a decade. The couple, who purchased the property in 2012, have listed it for sale for $9.75 million.

As first reported in The New York Times, the pair worked with Joan Krevlin, a founding partner of Bksk Architects, to open up and modernize the 1880s townhouse. “It’s been incredibly well-modernized, while still preserving its original West Village charm,” Corcoran Group’s Tamer Howard, the property’s listing agent, told the Times.
