90 Day Fianc alum Geoffrey Paschel was sentenced to 18 years in prison in February 2022, but this doesn't mean that his fiance, Russian native Varya Malina, will leave the United States. After getting engaged to the Knoxville resident, Varya came to America to surprise Geoffrey. She didn't reveal much information about what kind of visa she received but told 90 Day Fianc viewers that she was living in the country legally. It later came out that she won the green card lottery. Varya has been living in the U.S. ever since, even with Geoffrey behind bars.
