Even though the first anime adaptation of Kaiju No. 8 has come to an end (for now!), the story continues in the manga and people are wanting more! The series announced today that 15 million copies of the collected manga volumes have been printed (physically) and sold (digitally) as of the release of volume 13, one million more than the previous check-in last month. To commemorate the milestone, creator Naoya Matsumoto wrote a comment, saying that “the story might be reaching its peak” and that he’s “grateful to all” for reading.
