Gina Torres' return as Jessica Pearson for a Suits finale scene was cut due to conflicts with her new show, Pearson. The Suits creator, Aaron Korsh, admitted that if Pearson hadn't existed, Torres could have easily appeared in a cameo. The Suits team opted out of flying Torres back to Toronto for a cameo, and her voice was incorporated in the finale instead.
