Al Roker had major knee surgery last year. As he prepares to turn 70, Roker looks back on his surgery and lets fans know an update about his health condition since that time. He also talked about running a marathon and if fans can expect to see him do that again.
Al had surgery in May 2023. It consisted of a total knee replacement and it forced him to leave the Today show for four weeks while recovering.
