David Corenswet’s Diet to Put on 40 lbs For Superman Sounds Drastically Different From Hugh Jackman’s Brutal Diet For Wolverine
It has been a trend for actors to gain muscle for roles that require absolute strength. Superman, in particular, must have a Godly physique, and Henry Cavill’s body was seemingly closest to that. The new image of David Corenswet training for Superman shows a similar intent of the actor.

However, his training and diet are not similar to Hugh Jackman’s long and brutal one. The Wolverine star put himself in different layers of hell at the age of 55 and while many had doubts, Jackman shined in the Deadpool & Wolverine trailer as he flashed his muscular biceps in the sleeveless attire of the X-Men hero.
