To take on Arlo in Pokémon Go this month, you will first need to defeat six grunts. You can find him by spinning Pokéstops or by finding Rocket balloons. If you want to face Team Go Rocket boss Giovanni, you must overcome Arlo, along with fellow leaders Sierra and Cliff.
