After serving on WeightWatchers’ board since 2015 when she acquired a 10% stake in the company, Oprah Winfrey finally decided to exit the company’s board of directors. The entertainment mogul and TV talk show host announced last month that she will not stand for reelection to the board of WeightWatchers.
