‘The Fantastic Four” in 2025
Matt Shakman ("WandaVision") directs a new live-action adaptation of Marvel Comics superhero team "The Fantastic Four", created by writer Stan Lee and illustrator Jack Kirby, starring Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Ebon Moss-Bachrach and Joseph Quinn, opening July 25, 2025 in theaters:
"...'the ‘Watcher’ warns ‘The Fantastic Four’ about the great danger in the arrival of ‘Galactus’, devourer of the Galaxies, who has come to eat the Earth.
“The ‘Watcher’ unsuccessfully tries to reason with him. The ‘Fantastic Four’ cannot physically defeat him.
“However, the Watcher has a plan and sends the ‘Human Torch’ on a secret mission.
“The ‘Silver Surfer’ , scout and emissary of Galactus, meets the blind ‘Alicia Masters’ and she convinces him the Earth is worth saving.
“The Surfer races to stop Galactus….”
