13 New Monsters Just Introduced In MonsterVerse Canon (Including 1 Titan)

Skull Island introduced all manner of monsters into the MonsterVerse, including one brand-new Titan. Netflix’s eight-episode anime series is officially part of the MonsterVerse, meaning that every event in the series is in canon with Legendary’s four Godzilla and Kong movies. Naturally, that means nearly all the monster species seen in the main characters’ adventures on Skull Island existed in the MonsterVerse, but weren’t shown in Kong: Skull Island.
Kong: Skull Island provided a deep dive into Kong’s home, but due to the MonsterVerse location’s size and scope, it’s no surprise that the movie couldn’t fully explore the ecology of the island.
