Rick & Morty Season 8, 9 & 10 Story Update Means Years Of New Episodes

Rick and Morty for the next few seasons are safe before their release. The long-running Adult Swim animated show follows 14-year-old boy Morty and his inventor grandfather Rick as they go on a series of adventures to different planets and realities using Rick's flying saucer and portal gun. Cartoon Network ordered a package of 70 episodes of the series, which will guarantee the show's continuation in seasons 7 through 10.
Per Premiere, series producer Steven Levy recently spoke about the future of the show beyond Rick and Morty season 7. He revealed that "season 8 is already entirely written." On top of that, season 9 was outlined before the beginning of the WGA writers strike, and thus conversations about season 10 had already begun before pencils went down.
